Terms and Conditions for Expedition Trip to Canada 2026

  1. No Refunds
    Once payment has been made for the expedition, no refunds will be issued under any circumstances. This includes, but is not limited to, cancellations due to personal reasons, medical issues, or changes in personal circumstances. There may be insurable loss which we will support if available. If your Young Person pulls out the liability of the cost maybe transferred to another person who may join the trip as their replacement.
  2. Payment Schedule
    Payments must be made according to the schedule provided at the time of booking. Please make payments on time to avoid forfeiture of your place on the expedition and any payments already made. We will ask you which schedule you wish to join and invoice you as appropriate.
  3. Use of Data
    Personal data provided during the booking process will be used for the purposes of organising the expedition, including travel arrangements, administration, and any legal or regulatory requirements. Your information will be handled in accordance with applicable data protection laws and shared within Scouting as per membership required.
  4. Trip Price
    The price stated at the time of booking covers the cost of the expedition as outlined in the itinerary. However, please note that the final cost may vary depending on fluctuations in flight prices. Should flight costs increase, participants will be notified, and any additional costs will be passed on for payment prior to final confirmation of travel arrangements.
  5. Insurance
    Comprehensive travel and adventure insurance is provided for all participants through Unity Insurance. It is the responsibility of each participant to review the coverage details to ensure it meets their needs. Any additional personal insurance must be arranged independently.
