We have a comprehensive area for Scouting, also allowing other not-for-profit organisations to use the area.
The grounds is fenced and secured by a number of locked gates, 360 degree floodlights. The whole external site is covered by CCTV, as is the kitchen. The hut and boat house is alarmed and contains extra security coverage. All oof these facilities is covered by clooud protection and remotely accessed.
The hut can seat 70 or suitable for up to youth groups upto 40. There is an equipped kitchen with 90cm oven , microwave, boiler and two fridge/ freezers. The hut is heated and controlled remotely. There is site-wide WI-FI access available to adult leaders.
The main hut has tables, chairs and benches. There is a projector, sound system and smartscreen in the hut.
Outside there is an undercover seating area for aboout 20 young people, complete with an outdoor log burner, surrounded by a brick wall.
The outside grounds can camp upto x5 6-person tents. There is a large fire circle and also a number of portable alter fires.
